This study focuses on the development of the potential of Sukamaju Village, Cilawu District, Garut Regency, especially in the tourism and MSME sectors. Through a participatory approach, the research team redesigned the Sindangkasih Tourism Village, created a new website, and created a logo for the local green tea business. The methods used include field surveys, discussions with tourism village managers and business owners, and design implementation using multidisciplinary expertise from students of the Garut Institute of Technology. The results of the study indicate that the redesign of the tourism village, including the addition of a multi-purpose building and secretariat, has the potential to increase tourist appeal. The creation of a new website increases the visibility and accessibility of information on the tourism village, while the new logo for green tea products strengthens brand identity and product competitiveness. These three initiatives have the potential to increase tourist visits and product sales, which in turn can encourage local economic growth and the welfare of the Sukamaju Village community.
