Latar belakang: Tenaga kesehatan perlu memiliki kompetensi yang sesui untuk menjalankan program Kesehatan secara efektif. Namun, seringkali terdapat kesenjangan antara kompetensi yang dimiliki dengan kebutuhan tugas yang ada di lapangan. Tujuan: Menganalisis kebutuhan pelatihan pada tenaga Kesehatan. Metode: Studi deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada tenaga Kesehatan menggunakan google form, kemudian dianalisis. Hasil: Responden memiliki kompetensi yang sesuai dengan jenis jabatannya, serta perlu adanya pelatihan yang difokuskan pada aspek-aspek kompetensi untuk meningkatkan kinerja dari tenaga Kesehatan. Kesimpulan: Kompetensi sudah sesuai dengan jenis jabatan, terdapat 3 jenis pelatihan yang menjadi prioritas di masing-masing jenis tenaga kesehatan. However, there is often a gap between existing competencies and the actual demands in the field. Objective: To analyze the training needs of healthcare workers. Method: A descriptive study with a quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to healthcare workers via Google Forms and subsequently analyzed. Result: Respondents generally had competencies aligned with their job titles. However, there is a need for training focused on specific competency aspects to enhance the performance of healthcare workers. Conclusion: Competencies were generally in line with job titles.
