The purpose of this study was to determine the counseling ability of BK teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Jeneponto, South Sulawesi based on the perspective of clinical supervision. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with quantitative descriptive methods. The sample used is 2 BK teachers at SMK 1 Jeneponto. The data collection technique used an individual counseling supervision instrument. Techniques of data analysis using the statistical formula percentage. The results showed that of the 13 types of counseling skills based on the perspective of clinical supervision, 5 skills were in the high category, 7 skills were in the medium category, and 1 skill was in the low category. This shows that the counseling skills of BK teachers are still dominant in the medium category.
