<![CDATA[This study investigates the implementation of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) at TK Kelinci, focusing on the management of educational innovations. The research employs a qualitative approach to deeply understand the experiences, views, and practices of educators and students. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with school principals and teachers, participatory observations in classrooms, and documentation review. The findings reveal that PjBL significantly enhances student engagement, creativity, and social development by involving them in relevant and meaningful projects. The study also identifies several challenges, including limited resources, insufficient training for educators, and resistance to change from various stakeholders. To overcome these obstacles, effective management strategies are crucial, encompassing meticulous planning, organization, active participation, and continuous assessment. The study concludes that PBL not only meets diverse educational needs but also fosters collaboration among all parties involved in the educational process.]]>
