<![CDATA[This activity aims to improve the understanding and skills of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pematang Serai Village, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency, in managing Human Resources (HR) in the digital era. The digital era requires MSMEs to adapt to information and communication technology in order to increase efficiency and productivity. This socialization covers various aspects of HR management, including the use of digital platforms for recruitment, training, performance management, and internal communication. Through this activity, MSMEs are expected to be able to utilize digital technology to strengthen their business competitiveness. The methods used in this socialization include lectures, interactive discussions, and practical training. The results of this activity show an increase in the understanding and skills of MSMEs in managing HR more effectively with the help of digital technology. Participants are also invited to understand and utilize various digital platforms that can help them manage HR more efficiently and effectively. With this socialization activity, it is hoped that MSMEs can strengthen their competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market through better and technology-based HR management. The results of this activity show a significant increase in the understanding and skills of participants regarding the use of digital technology in HR management.
