Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan Ladder Drill dan Hurdle terhadap kecepatan tendangan T atlet, karena berdasarkan observasi di lapangan hasil tendangan tersebut masih kurang maksimal baik saat latihan ataupun saat kejuaraan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen two groups pretest-posttest design, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 10 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan Ladder Drill dengan hasil uji t dengan nilai Sig (2-tailed) sabit kanan 0,000 dan sabit kiri dengan nilai Sig (2-tailed) 0,000 dimana nilai p < 0,05 artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan. (2) ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan Hurdle dengan memperoleh nilai uji t sig (2-tailed) 0,000 sabit kanan, dan memperoleh nilai Sig (2-tailed) 0,000 sabit kiri dimana nilai p < 0,05 artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan. Demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan Ladder Drill dan Hurdle berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan tendangan T atlet UKM Unwahas.Kata Kunci : Ladder Drill, Hurdle, Kecepatan Tendangan, Pencak Silat. AbstractThis research aims to determine the effect of Ladder Drill and Hurdle training on the speed of athletes' T kicks, because based on observations in the field the results of these kicks are still less than optimal both during training and during championships. This research is a two groups pretest-posttest design experimental research, with a quantitative approach, with a sample size of 10 people. The results of the research show that: (1) there is a significant effect of Ladder Drill training with the results of the t test with a Sig (2-tailed) right sickle value of 0.000 and a left sickle with a Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 where the p value <0.05 means there is a significant influence. (2) there is a significant effect of Hurdle training by obtaining a sig (2-tailed) t test value of 0.000 right sickle, and obtaining a Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 left sickle where the p value <0.05 means there is a significant effect.
