<![CDATA[This study aims to develop an interactive e-module based on Outcome-Based Education (OBE) in Solid State Physics courses to improve students’ scientific literacy and independent learning. The research employed the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The subjects were 20 sixth-semester students of the Physics Education Program, Universitas Nurul Huda. Data were collected through needs assessment questionnaires, expert validation, scientific literacy tests, and independent learning questionnaires. Validation results showed that the e-module obtained an average score of 90% (material expert) and 89% (media expert), categorized as feasible. A limited trial indicated an increase in students’ scientific literacy from an average score of 58,2 (pre-test) to 78,9 (post-test) with a gain index of 0,42 (medium category). Independent learning improved from an average score of 3,1 to 3,8 on a 5-point Likert scale. The product has also been granted Intellectual Property Rights (HKI) certification. Therefore, the OBE-based interactive e-module is feasible to be used as an innovative learning medium to support students’ learning outcomes.]]>
