Abstrak Pondok Pesantren Wihdatul Ulum YW-UMI, yang terletak di Kabupaten Gowa, menunjukkan adanya indikasi anemia pada remaja putri. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui hasil diskusi dengan kepala sekolah yang mengungkapkan bahwa remaja putri sering kurang bersemangat dan kurang konsentrasi saat belajar. Selain itu, kebiasaan jajan sembarangan turut terjadi di pondok pesantren tersebut. Melihat kondisi tersebut, tim PKM-PM menjadikan remaja putri usia 12–17 tahun di pesantren tersebut sebagai sasaran pengabdian masyarakat. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mereka dalam upaya pencegahan anemia melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan pembuatan es krim dari bahan daun kelor serta pembentukan Duta Cegah Anemia untuk keberlanjutan program ini. Program ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap: persiapan, pelaksanaan kegiatan inti (sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pemilihan Duta Cegah Anemia), serta pembentukan Duta Cegah Anemia sebagai peer educator. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada tanggal 15-19 Juni 2024. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan keberhasilan pelaksanaan sosialisasi yang meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja putri mengenai anemia, pelatihan pembuatan es krim daun kelor yang menambah keterampilan mereka, serta terpilihnya Duta Cegah Anemia yang akan terus berkoordinasi dengan pihak pondok dalam monitoring konsumsi olahan daun kelor. Kegiatan ini memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan, tetapi juga melatih jiwa kepemimpinan dan kemampuan public speaking Duta Cegah Anemia untuk keberlanjutan program di masa mendatang. Kata kunci: Anemia, Pencegahan, Daun Kelor Abstract Wihdatul Ulum YW-UMI Islamic Boarding School, located in Gowa Regency, has shown signs of anemia among adolescent girls. This was revealed through discussions with the school principal, who noted that many female students often lacked enthusiasm and concentration during learning. Additionally, unhealthy snacking habits were commonly observed at the boarding school. In response to this situation, the PKM-PM team targeted female students aged 12–17 as the focus of their community service program. The aim was to increase their knowledge of anemia prevention through educational sessions and training in making ice cream from moringa leaves, as well as forming “Anemia Prevention Ambassadors” to ensure the program’s sustainability. The program was carried out in three phases: preparation, implementation of core activities (socialization, training, and ambassador selection), and the establishment of peer educators. Activities were conducted from June 15–19, 2024. The results showed that the socialization phase successfully increased the girls' knowledge about anemia, the training improved their practical skills in processing moringa leaves, and ambassadors were elected to work closely with the school in monitoring moringa-based food consumption. This program not only provided knowledge and skills, but also developed the leadership and public speaking abilities of the ambassadors to ensure the program's continuity in the future.
