<![CDATA[Bullying is a crucial issue within the school environment. Bullying behavior can have highly detrimental physical and mental impacts on victims; therefore, there is a need for educational governance policies that align with Islamic Sharia. This is essential to achieve benefit (maslahah) and well-being in accordance with Maqashid Sharia (the objectives of Sharia). This study aims to analyze and examine Maqashid Sharia within the framework of educational governance, specifically the relevance of the principle of Hifz an-Nafs (protection of life) toward anti-bullying policies in schools. The method applied in this study is a literature review, utilizing books, scientific journals, research reports, and other relevant documents applicable to the social situation under investigation. The results of this study indicate that the principles of Maqashid Sharia integrated into Hifz an-Nafs are effective because they are supported by the fundamental belief that safeguarding human life is an ethical imperative aimed at the welfare of the community, particularly in school governance.]]>
