This study aims to describe the construction of female imagery in Toeti Heraty's poetry anthology Selendang Pelangi, focusing on physical, psychological, and social dimensions using a feminist literary criticism framework. A descriptive qualitative method was applied using reading and note-taking techniques on eight selected poems from the 17 poems in the anthology. The data analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman model with triangulation of theory, data, and methods. The results of the study show that the physical image of women is represented as a field of identity negotiation through naturalistic metaphors, maternal experiences, and sexuality that rejects the objectification of the male gaze; the psychological image transcends emotional stereotypes by displaying critical awareness, reflective abilities, and psychological agency in the face of subordination; while the social image reveals the tension between patriarchal expectations and women's resistance to the double burden and exploitation of the maternal role. This research contributes to the development of Indonesian feminist literary criticism by applying an intersectional feminism approach that explores the intersection of gender with age and biological status. Further research is recommended to expand the corpus by comparing the works of other contemporary Indonesian women writers to explore generational differences in the representation of women
