<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to be able to find out information about how to apply rewards and punishment in improving student learning outcomes,how to increase learning motivation by implementing rewards and punishment and what factors hinder and support rewards and support rewards and punishment. In this research,qualitative descriptive methods were used,collect data through observation, interviews. The results of this research are various rewards and punishments that teachers use to increase students learning motivation, as well as what are the inhibiting and supporting factors for implementing rewards and punishments in increasing students learning motivation at SD Negeri 10 Tarung-Tarung Utara. ]]>
