Abstract

Indonesia is a multi culture (diversity) country. As a multi culture (diversity) country has two positive and negative side. Multi culture (diversity) country face with specific problems, such as; ethnic, tribe, faith, poverty, etc.  Those problems brings  to the nepotism, collusion, environment destruction, which will lead Indonesia to ruin. Multi culture is a part of culture recognition  cause to emerge the concern for minority to alliance in unity, and accommodate the diversity and human right for all people. Base on those situation, Guidance and counseling should be held by the deliberate multi culture approach so that will reach the optimum result to relieve all people problems.

Abstract

Salah satu yang mempengaruhi stress mahasiswa dalam menyusun skripsi adalah dukungan sosial yang diterima mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Dukungan Sosial terhadap Stress Mahasiswa dalam Menyusun Skripsi di Fakultas Ushuluddin, Adab dan Dakwah IAIN Bukittinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ushuluddin, Adab dan Dakwah IAIN Bukittinggi yang sedang menjalani proses penyusunan skripsi berjumlah 224 mahasiswa. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Proportional Random Sampling dan diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 144 mahasiswa. Skala yang digunakan adalah skala dukungan sosial, hardiness dan stress yang disusun dan dikembangkan sendiri oleh peneliti. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif menggunakan mean hipotetic; untuk uji hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan dari variabel dukungan sosial (X) terhadap stress (Y) mahasiswa dalam menyusun skripsi dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.02 < 0.05 dan nilai koefesien standardized coefficient (Beta) sebesar -0.270.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the formation of students' character regarding the disciplinary aspects of regulations related to school regulations. The research method in this article is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The type of research used in this article is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this research are that character formation through disciplined behavior is very important for students' futures. Because disciplined behavior has characteristics such as obedience, obedience, loyalty, regularity and orderliness, it is the most important thing to achieve national education goals. Implementing student character formation through disciplinary behavior by teachers aims to encourage students to achieve more, have good personalities and have dignity as individuals. This research examines the formation of student character through instilling aspects of student discipline regarding school regulations. From the results above it can be concluded that character formation through disciplined behavior is very important for students' future. Disciplinary behavior has characteristics such as obedience, obedience, loyalty, regularity and orderliness which are the most important things to achieve national education goals. Implementing student character formation through disciplinary aspects aims to encourage students to achieve more, have good personalities.

Abstract

.Coronavirus is a collection of viruses that infect the respiratory system. In most cases, this virus only causes mild respiratory infections, such as the flu. However, this virus can also cause severe respiratory infections, such as lung infections (pneumonia). Corona virus infection called COVID-19 (Corona Virus Disease 2019) was first discovered in the city of Wuhan, China at the end of December 2019. This virus spread very quickly and spread to almost all countries, including Indonesia, in just a few months. This virus attacks all walks of life, young children, teenagers and even the most dangerous attack on the elderly whose immune system is weak, this causes the perception of these elderly people to be different. In relation to these problems, the purpose of this research is to find out more deeply about adolescent perceptions of the Covid-19 pandemic based on gender. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive type. The sample of this research were 77 teenagers and parents. Sampling technique with total sampling. based on the results of the study, it was found that the perception of the elderly was in the category of 3 people (6.38%) in the very high category, 5 people (10.63%) were in the high category, 17 people (14.89%) were in the medium category, 28 people (38.29%) were in the low category and 24 people (29.78%) were in the very low category.

Abstract

This article aims to find out the Role of Psychological Factors in the Learning Process: Building Success in Education. the research conducted in this article is field research using a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that Building Success in the World of Education first Self-Efficacy as a Driver of Learning Motivation, Emotional Intelligence to Improve Social Interaction, Psychological Well-Being as a Positive Mental Foundation, Contribution to Improving the Quality of Education if these psychological aspects have run optimally, of course it leads to success in the world of education.
