Belief in the Messengers of Allah is a fundamental pillar of faith that fourth-grade elementary school students must understand. This study aims to identify the improvement of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTs) through a Puzzle-Based Problem-Based Learning (PBL) Model. The goal is to enhance the abilities of fourth-grade students in the subject of Belief in the Messengers of Allah at SDN 1 Plunjaran, Wadaslintang, Wonosobo. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) comprising two cycles, with each cycle consisting of two meetings. Data collection techniques included tests, observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis employed the Miles & Huberman & Saldana model, which involves data condensation, data display, and data verification stages. The research findings prove that the Puzzle-Based PBL model can improve higher-order thinking skills at C4, C5, and C6 levels for the subject of Belief in the Messengers of Allah among fourth-grade students at SDN 1 Plunjaran, Wadaslintang. The improvement in Cycle I was 50%, and in Cycle II, it reached 100%.Beriman kepada Rasul-rasul Allah merupakan rukun iman yang harus diketahui oleh peserta didik kelas 4 SD. Tujuan penelitian ini dibuat untuk mengidentifikasi Peningkatan Higher Order Thingking Skill (HOTs) melalui Pembelajaran Model Problem Based Learning (PBL) Berbasis Puzzle untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Siswa Kelas IV pada Materi Beriman Kepada Rasul-rasul Allah di SDN 1 Plunjaran, Wadaslintang, Wonosobo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian PTK yang terdiri dari 2 siklus. Masing-masing siklus terdiri dari 2 pertemuan. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan test, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles & Huberman & Saldana yang terdiri dari tahap kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa model PBL berbasis Puzzle dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi level C4 C5 C6 materi Beriman Kepada Rasul-rasul Allah pada siswa kelas IV di SD N 1 Plunjaran, Wadaslintang. Dengan besar peningkatan di siklus 1 sebesar 50% dan besar peningkatan di siklus II sebesar 100%.
