Abstract

Educational leadership is the ability to drive the implementation of education, so that educational goals can be achieved effectively and efficiently. In fostering fraternity and being responsible for making decisions, developing, and maintaining the existence of an organization, the leadership function must play a role. Competition between SDITs in Bandung Regency, especially in Baleendah District, will have an impact on how the principal should be the captain in carrying out school leadership, as has been done by SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. The focus of this research is the implementation of intrapreneurship educational leadership at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This study aims to capture the leadership implementation carried out by the principal at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. In the data collection technique, various techniques were used in this study, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis procedure used in this study was qualitative analysis. Based on the findings from the research results, it is concluded that the implementation of intrapreneurship educational leadership at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah can be implemented and has a positive impact on the implementation of SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah.

Abstract

This research is motivated by low listening skills, especially in fable stories. This study aims to improve listening skills to fable stories using fantasy puppet media. This type of research uses PTK with the first cycle using fable story “Friendship of the Lion and the Rat”, second cycle using the story of the fable “The Greedy Crocodile”. The technique of collecting data was by seeing the class teacher learning without using fantasy puppet media and giving 10 PG questions. The results showed an increase in listening skills the first cycle the number of students who received a complete score was 4 students with a percentage of 57% completeness, in the second cycle the number of students who received a complete score was 7 students with a percentage of 100% completeness. It was concluded that the fantasy puppet media used in reading fable stories could improve students listening skills.

Abstract

Creativity is one of the values in character education. But the fact is, according to Yohana (2013: 2) most children's artistic creativity is only extracted through drawing or coloring. Children will surely get bored if they only draw or color, therefore a breakthrough makes creativity through collage skills. The objectives of this study are: 1) Describe what collage skills are 2) Describe the creativity of early childhood; 3) Explain that collage skills can foster early childhood creativity. The method used is literature study which comes from books, literacy, notes, and reports that can be solved. The results of this study are; 1) Description of collage skills; 2) Description of the creativity of early childhood; 3) Collage skills can foster early childhood creativity. The conclusion of this study is that collage skills can foster early childhood creativity.

Abstract

The research has problem less reading comprehension ability explanation text in class IV. This research aims to increase reading comprehension ability using SQ3R in text explanation at IV class SDN Nantang. The researcher uses classroom action research. The result shows the use of SQ3R can increase reading comprehension ability in text explanation. Pre-test shows average scores are 45,83 with 27% complete and 73% incomplete. Cycle I with average scores are 75,67% with 60% complete and 40% incomplete and cycle II average scores 87,83 with 90% complete and 10% incomplete. The result of average is 42.  Reading comprehension ability is 53%. Based on the increase in pre-test until cycle I and cycle II, the conclusion is SQ3R can increase reading comprehension ability in text explanation at IV class SDN Nantang sub-district Cigalontang regency Tasikmalaya period 2020/2021

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' reading comprehension skills by using the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) method. This research method was conducted in 3 cycles using a classroom action research design belonging to Kemmis and Mc Taggart. In implementing this research, the steps of the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) method are used, which are divided into three stages, namely the opening activity, the core activity, and the closing activity. The results of the research in the first cycle obtained an average value of 78.6 with the percentage of students who had completed 70% and those who had not completed were 30%. Furthermore, in the second cycle an average score of 85.5 was obtained with the percentage of students who had completed 90% and those who had not completed were 10%. Meanwhile, in cycle III, an average score of 89.8 was obtained with the percentage of students who completed 100%. The results obtained, namely the Cooperative Integrated Reading And Composition (CIRC) method can improve reading comprehension skills of fourth grade students of SDN 3 Cilangkap, Tasikmalaya Regency.

Abstract

Humans use goods and services to meet the needs every day increasing. One alternative in overcoming this is to recycle used goods. Through creative character education for students class four of SD N 7 Kutosari by utilizing used items to become verticultur. The method used in this study is the stage of action research. The results of this study showed a significant increase in the first cycle shorting trash be based on his species and the second cycle showed the high creativity of students in the use of used plastic bottles as verticultur.

Abstract

This study aims to meet whether the Learning Start With A Question (LSQ) learning method can be used to improve the results of questioning activeness in grade IV SD Negeri Pereng. This research method is Classroom Action Research (PTK), using the model of Kesmis and Mc. Taggart. The subjects in this study were the fourth grade students of SD Negeri Pereng, Tasikmalaya Regency, totaling 17 students. Data collection techniques in the form of student observation sheets, tests to determine the ability to ask questions and administrative learning documents. The results showed that the use of the Learning Start With A Question (LSQ) learning method in social studies learning could increase the activeness of the fourth grade students of SD Negeri Pereng, Tasikmalaya Regency. Based on the test results obtained by students at the end of each cycle, it showed an increase in student questioning activity. The average completeness in the first cycle was 47.35, and the average completeness in the second cycle was 67.64, while the average of the third cycle was 78.82. The results show that the quality of the learning process, especially in questioning activeness, has increased.

Abstract

Lack of student interest in literature is due to the low literacy of students. Therefore, one of the ways to improve the students’ literacy and ecological awareness is through children's literature . Hence, Ecoliteration-based children's literature books are considered to be used as learning support books, media as well as sources of learning Bahasa for elementary schools .This study aimed to determine the design of eco-literation-based children's literature models for elementary school students.. This study adopted a development research wich Educational Design Research (EDR) was applied. This study involved lecturers, practitioners/ experts, and elementary school, teachers. The developed book contained some materials namely Bahasa, Science, and Social Sciences for four grade students by proposing a theme of " Peduli Terhadap makhluk Hidup (Caring for Sentient Beings)", added with Basic Competence from 2013 curriculum of Environmental Education lesson (PLH) and eco-literation competencies (Head, Heart, Hands, and Spirit). This study has 3 major findings: (1) the researchers successfully created a eco-literation-based children’s literature model book for elementary school pupils entitled “The Mystery of the Disappearance of A Friend” and “The Mystery of the Butterfly” (2) This study found the suitable characteristics of eco-literation book for Elementary School Students, (3) There are positive response towards these kinds of literature from the experts and the teachers.

Abstract

Educators and education personnel are one of the most important elements in improving the quality of education. Human resources are important in achieving the goals of an institution or organization, because HR is the driving force of other resources. Competition between Integrated Islamic Primary Schools in Bandung Regency, especially in Baleendah District will have an impact on the quality of recruitment of Educators and Education Personnel, as has been done by SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. The focus of this study is the analysis of the recruitment of teaching staff and education personnel at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This study aims to capture the recruitment strategy carried out by SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. In the data collection technique, various techniques were used in this study, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis procedure used in this study was qualitative analysis. Based on the findings from the research results, it was concluded that the implementation of recruitment at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah was carried out through administrative tests, interviews and practice stages.
