Abstract

All parents want their children to be those who worships. But in reality, unconsciously they actually treat children are not in accordance with their goals or even plunge to the opposite condition. Lots of parents are busy making a living. Aims to describe the role of parents in the education of Muslim families both parents busy in the village Wotbuwono, Kebumen, to describe the advantages and disadvantages that exist on the role of Muslim families Child Education. Every mother has the same obligation to provide appropriate education for their children. Its mean that mother became a housewife or a mother whose career has the same obligation to provide religious education and also educational value for children. Therefore, researcher tried researching on the management model of Islamic religious education in a Muslim family of four families that have different activities or classes. Begins from the desire of this fourth family that category of civil servants, seller man, peasants and the workers are making every effort to provide religious education for their children as a substitute for their absence during the activity through: follow TPQ / TPA, entrusted to neighbors and follow the educational institutions that provide servings more on the religious aspects such as: Playgroup, TK, MI and others. Keywords: Education, Children, Muslim FamilyASTRAKBahwa semua orang tua pasti  menginginkan agar anak-anak mereka menjadi orang yang shalih dan shalihah. Namun dalam kenyataannya, secara tidak sadar mereka justru memperlakukan anak-anak dengan cara yang menjauhkan dari terwujudnya cita-cita tersebut atau bahkan menjerumuskan kepada kondisi yang sebaliknya. Banyak sekali orang tua yang sibuk dalam mencari nafkah.Bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan Pernan Oran Tua dalam Pendidikan keluarga Muslim yang kedua orang tuanya sibuk beraktifitas di Desa Wotbuwono, Kebumen, untuk mendiskripsikan kelebihan dan kekurangan yang ada pada perenan Pendidikan anak keluarga Muslim. Setiap Ibu memiliki kewajiban yang sama untuk memberikan pendidikan yang tepat untuk anaknya. Artinya Ibu menjadi ibu rumah tangga ataupun Ibu yang berkarir memiliki kewajiban yang sama untuk memberikan pendidikan agama dan juga pendidikan nilai bagi anak. Maka dari itu, peneliti berusaha meneliti tentang model manajemen pendidikan agama Islam dalam keluarga muslim 4 keluarga yang memiliki aktifitas berbeda atau kelas. Berangkat dari keinginan ini 4 keluarga yang berkata gori pegawai negeri sipil, pedagang, tani dan buruh tersebut melakukan berbagai upaya untuk memberikan pendidikan agama bagi anaknya sebagai pengganti ketiadaannya selama beraktifitas melalui: diikutkan TPQ/TPA dititipkan pada tetangga dan diamsukkan pada lembaga pendidikan yang memberikan porsi lebih pada aspek keagamaan seperti: Playgroup, TK, MI dan lain sebagainya.

Abstract

This study intends to analyze the evaluation of accreditation at the Candakarana library of SMA Negeri 2 Kebumen. This study uses qualitative research which takes place in the Candakarana library of SMAN 2 Kebumen. Data were collected by observation, interview and documentation methods. Data validity was carried out using the triangulation technique, while data analysis used the selection and arrangement of the data obtained. Then, the data is processed and analyzed to make conclusions. The results of the research are that the evaluation system is carried out through controlling the progress of accreditation every weekend through two stages (pre-accreditation by checking the readiness of accreditation documents and post-accreditation by giving rewards to the accreditation team), as well as internal and external school obstacles.

Abstract

All parents certainly expect their children to be pious people. However, unintentionally, they often treat them in the way that contradict with their expectation. So many people are busy doing their job. Reserches proves that children grown up without both parents’ supervision tend to have more problems than those grown up in under both parents’supervision (Dr Fakhir Aqil, ‘Ilm Al-Nafs Al-Tarbawi: 111). For that reson, in building a family, it is necessary to prepare an integrated and guided education program. This kind of program should be able to provide a clear job description for each individual in the family that enables each individual to play his/her roles to reach a condusive family environment for bringingup children optimally.

Abstract

Research in an Islamic educational institution about management is very important to know and understand the concepts and principles and functions of management. Research conducted at TPQ Miftahul Huda Krakal, Alian, Kebumen is an old educational institution, but only recently legalized recently. Specifically the research emphasizes the concept of planning until its implementation. With this research is expected we will know how a management concept in Islamic educational institutions planned until the implementation. This research is qualitative and quantitative by using method of interview, documentation, and observation. The results of research in TPQ Miftahul Huda began to show a pretty good development, although there are some parts of infrastructure facilities are lacking, but it does not reduce the spirit to continue to implement learning.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of increasingly stringent educational institution competition at all levels, especially at the Early Childhood level. In this regard, this study aims to determine the application of the 4P marketing mix strategy in realizing superior schools in RA Queen Al Khadijah District. The method used by researchers in researching this case is to use a qualitative approach, because a qualitative approach is used to describe, describe systematically, factually and accurately about the facts and the nature of the relationship between the phenomena being investigated. The sources of data obtained are by using observation, interviews, and documentation. The strategy used by RA Queen Al Khadijah is to apply a marketing mix strategy or better known as 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion). Product, price, place and promotion strategies were all carried out by RA Queen AL Khadijah in providing satisfaction to consumers, increasing the number of students, the quality of students so that the label as a superior school would be given by consumers.
