Abstract

Kegiatan pencatatan dan pelaporan layanan kesehatan di Posyandu Bontotiro, Kabupaten Bulukumba, masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan pelaporan, dan keterbatasan dalam pengelolaan serta analisis data kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Posyandu berbasis digital guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan data layanan kesehatan di tingkat desa. Metode penelitian meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, serta pengujian fungsional menggunakan metode black-box. Sistem yang dikembangkan mendukung pencatatan data balita, ibu hamil, imunisasi, serta kegiatan penimbangan dan pemeriksaan kesehatan secara terintegrasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai kebutuhan, serta mampu meningkatkan keteraturan pencatatan data, mempercepat proses pelaporan, dan memudahkan akses informasi kesehatan dibandingkan dengan sistem manual sebelumnya. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi berupa model penerapan sistem informasi Posyandu yang dapat mendukung digitalisasi layanan kesehatan di tingkat desa dan berpotensi direplikasi di wilayah lainnya dengan karakteristik serupa.   Health service recording and reporting activities at Posyandu Bontotiro, Bulukumba Regency, are still conducted manually, leading to data entry errors, reporting delays, and limited access to comprehensive health information management and analysis. This study aims to design and implement a digital-based Posyandu Information System to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of health service data management at the village level. The research methodology includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and functional testing using the black-box method. The developed system supports integrated recording of toddler data, pregnant women, immunization, and routine health monitoring activities. The testing results indicate that all system functionalities operate as expected, contributing to improved data organization, faster reporting processes, and easier access to health information compared to the previous manual system. This study contributes a practical model for implementing village-level health information systems that supports digital health services and can be replicated in other regions with similar characteristics.
