AbstrakProgram Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa SMK Bina Dharma Pontianak mengenai pemanfaatan teh nutrasetika dari kulit buah naga merah (Hylocereus polyrhizus) sebagai alternatif pencegahan penyakit kronis dan degeneratif. Penyakit tidak menular seperti diabetes, hipertensi, dan hiperlipidemia berkaitan dengan pola hidup tidak sehat, sementara pemahaman remaja tentang pangan fungsional dan nutrasetika masih terbatas. Kegiatan dilakukan secara edukatif melalui pendekatan saintifik populer tanpa praktik langsung. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi persiapan, seleksi peserta, pengembangan media edukatif (slide, video, flyer), pelaksanaan edukasi, serta evaluasi melalui pretest dan posttest. Sebanyak 53 siswa mengikuti kegiatan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan distribusi nilai setelah edukasi, ditandai tidak adanya peserta dengan nilai 0 pada posttest. Mayoritas peserta memperoleh nilai 80 sebanyak 21 orang, nilai 60 sebanyak 12 orang, nilai 40 sebanyak 10 orang, nilai 20 sebanyak 6 orang, serta peningkatan jumlah peserta yang memperoleh nilai 100 menjadi 4 orang. Hasil ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi yang disampaikan. Program ini memperkuat literasi kesehatan berbasis potensi lokal serta mendorong siswa menjadi agen penyebaran informasi kesehatan di lingkungan sekitarnya. AbstractThis Community Service Program aimed to improve students’ knowledge at SMK Bina Dharma Pontianak regarding the utilization of nutraceutical tea made from red dragon fruit peel (Hylocereus polyrhizus) as an alternative for preventing chronic and degenerative diseases. Non-communicable diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia are closely related to unhealthy lifestyles, while adolescents’ understanding of functional foods and nutraceuticals remains limited. The activity was conducted through an educational approach using popular scientific methods without hands-on practice. Implementation stages included preparation, participant selection, development of educational media (slides, videos, and flyers), educational delivery, and evaluation using pretest and posttest assessments. A total of 53 students participated. Evaluation results showed an improvement in score distribution after the educational intervention, indicated by the absence of students scoring 0 in the posttest. Most participants achieved a score of 80 (21 students), followed by scores of 60 (12 students), 40 (10 students), and 20 (6 students), with the number of students scoring 100 increasing to four. These findings indicate enhanced student understanding of the material presented. This program strengthens health literacy based on local potential and encourages students to become health information disseminators in their communities.
