<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaiamana penguatan akuntabilitas BUMDes Berjasa Sejahtera serta untuk mengetahui faktor apa yang menjadi pendukung dan penghambat BUMDes Berjasa Sejahtera Desa Dwi Tiro, Kecamatan Bontotiro, Kabupaten Bulukumba. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan instrumen wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan sebagai sumber data dari aparat BUMDes Berjasa Sejahtera, dan aparat Desa dan Kepala Desa beserta masyarakat yang di pilih dengan teknik purposif sesuai fungsi dan tanggungjawabnya. Hasil penelitian yang di peroleh bahwa akuntabilitas BUMDes Berjasa Sejahtera yang di ukur menggunakan prinsip-prinsip Akuntabilitas belum sepenuhnya terlaksana dengan optimal, masih ada beberapa hal yang perlu di lakukan perbaikan laporan pertanggungjawaban, mekanisme kerja yang jelas harus di buat dalam bentuk bagan alur kerja yang terpajang, terbuka di kantor, pembuatan bagan organisasi pengurus BUMDes, pemajangan visi dan misi serta papan informasi terkait BUMDes Berjasa Sejahtera, dan juga partisipasi masyarakat yang masih kurang. Masih terdapat beberapa faktor yang menjadi penghambat BUMDes yang perlu di benahi, seperti penyediaan komputer, lahan serta pembuatan kantor sekretariat dan toko khusus BUMDes yang belum tersedia. This research aims to find out how to strengthen the accountability of BUMDes Berjasa Sejahtera and to find out what factors support and inhibit BUMDes Berjasa Sejahtera Dwi Tiro Village, Bontotiro District, Bulukumba Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method, with data collection techniques using interview, observation and documentation instruments. Informants as data sources come from BUMDes Berjasa Sejahtera officials, and Village officials and Village Heads and the community who were selected using purposive techniques according to their functions and responsibilities. The research results show that the accountability of BUMDes Berjasa Sejahtera which is measured using the principles of accountability has not been fully implemented optimally, there are still several things that need to be done to improve the accountability report, a clear work mechanism must be created in the form of a work flow chart displayed , open in the office, making an organizational chart for BUMDes management, displaying the vision and mission as well as information boards related to BUMDes Berjasa Sejahtera, and also lacking community participation. There are still several factors that are hampering BUMDes that need to be addressed, such as the provision of computers, land and the creation of a secretariat office and special shop for BUMDes which are not yet available.]]>
