Microteaching is a teaching training technique conducted on a small scale with limited teaching time. Microteaching plays a crucial role in helping prospective teachers improve their confidence. This study aims to identify the factors that influence the issues encountered by students during microteaching implementation. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method through a literature study. The method involves collecting data from various literature sources, reading them, noting important points, and organizing the materials for further analysis. The results of this study indicate that microteaching as a teaching training method for students is highly effective, based on literature analysis. Microteaching is deemed suitable for use in teaching as it provides real-world practice experience and enhances the fundamental teaching skills of future teachers.
