<![CDATA[This research was conducted at the Department of Manpower, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of West Nias Regency with the aim of determining the influence of organizational culture on employee performance and how much influence it has in the government agency. This research used a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 32 employees at the Department of Manpower, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of West Nias Regency. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of the promotion variable (X) on the employee performance variable (Y) as indicated by the results of the t-test with a significance value (Sig.) of 0.005, which is smaller than the significance level of 0.05. In addition, the t-count value of 3.069 is greater than the t-table value of 1.697. These results indicate that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, which means there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on employee performance at the Department of Manpower, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of West Nias Regency. Meanwhile, based on the results of the determination coefficient test (R Square), it was obtained that the organizational culture variable influenced the employee performance variable by 23.9%.]]>
