Abstract

This article describes the need for transformational leadership in government. This is caused by the occurrence of moral degradation of the nation which undermines the joints of the life of the nation and state. The development of corruption, collusion, and nepotism as evidence of the severity of the moral degradation of the Indonesian nation, which almost plunged the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) into the brink of collapse. The presence of several reformist leaders who characterize transformational leadership in this reformation era, especially in the public sector, provides fresh air for the leadership crisis and public distrust of their leaders. These transformational leaders have a high spirit of altruism and philanthropy. They are able to show their concern for the people they lead, even though they face challenges and threats from various parties that are contrary to their political direction. In this study, the researcher used the library research method. The material used in compiling this article uses reading materials and secondary data. The collected material, data and information are then compiled and analyzed, so as to produce conclusions that can be accounted for. This article concludes that transformational leadership in the public sector is very much needed in Indonesia, especially in the regions.

Abstract

This study aims to know to know and analyze the pricing of purchasing decisions on UD. Sentosa Gunungsitoli. Population determination in this study is as many as 450 people per day. With average visitor details of 15 people per day multiplied by one month (30 days). The sample to be taken is 10% of 450 people that is 45 people. Sample collection method used is stratified random sampling (random sampling study). Researchers use Likert scale as a measuring tool. From result of calculation of correlation coefficient between variable X (price determination) influence to variable Y (decision of purchase) obtained rhitung (rxy) = 0,818 if consulted at price critics table r product moment for 5% confidence interval after counting it r count = 0,818> from rtabel = 0,514. Thus it can be concluded that there is a strong or positive influence between the pricing of purchasing decisions on building materials at UD. Sentosa Gunungsitoli. The contribution of working price determination to purchase decision is = 66,91%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of human resource competence on employee performance. The competence of an employee is certainly related to the performance of the employee himself. One of the factors that have an influence on employee performance in KP2KP is the competence of human resources. The research method used is quantitative with a survey method to determine the effect of the variable of human resource competence with the variable of performance on employees. The population in this study were employees of KP2KP Gunungsitoli. Regression test using SPSS 22 is used for hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that there is a significant influence between human resource competence and employee performance, this is evidenced by the positive regression coefficient of human resource competence of 9.218. In the t test, the value of t arithmetic > t table (9.218 > 0.691), meaning that partially there is a significant influence between human resource competence on employee performance at KP2KP Gunungsitoli. evidenced by the results of correlation analysis obtained R of 0.931, which indicates that there is a strong relationship between human resource competence and employee performance, namely rcount = 0.931 and rtable = 0.514, where obtained 0.931> 0.514.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction. As a health service, the ability of Public health centres to meet patient needs can be measured by the level of patient satisfaction. Patient satisfaction is related to health services. A health agency, one of which is a Public health centre, in making efforts to improve the quality of health services, it is necessary to measure patient satisfaction. The research method used is a quantitative survey to determine the effect of service quality variables on patient satisfaction variables. The population in this study were UPTD patients at the Gunungsitoli District Health Center. A regression test using SPSS 22 is used for hypothesis testing. The results showed a significant effect between service quality and patient satisfaction, evidenced by the positive service quality regression coefficient of 0.285. The variables of service quality and patient satisfaction have a significant positive relationship as evidenced by the results of correlation analysis obtained by R of 0.630, which indicates that there is a strong relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction, namely rcount = 0.630 and rtable = 0.279, where obtained 0.630 > 0.279.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on police performance. Qualified police personnel is certainly related to the performance of police personnel or members. One factor that influences the performance of members in the police institution is organizational culture. The research method used is quantitative, with a survey to determine the influence between organizational culture variables and police performance variables. The population in this study is the Police Personnel of the Nias Police Criminal Investigation Unit. A regression test using SPSS 22 is used for hypothesis testing. The results showed a significant influence between organizational culture and police performance, evidenced by the positive organizational culture regression coefficient of 5.450. In the t-test, the value of t-count > t-table (5,450 > 0.681) means that there is partially a significant influence between organizational culture on police performance in the Nias Police Criminal Investigation Unit. Correlation analysis results obtained R of 0.662, which indicates that there is a strong relationship between organizational culture and police performance, namely rcount = 0.662 and rtable = 0.312, where obtained 0.662> 0.312.

Abstract

Gaya kepemimpinan adalah bagaimana mengarahkan dalam upaya memaksimalkan kinerja keseluruhan bawahan agar tujuan organisasi dapat dimaksimalkan. Pengamatan peneliti di Kantor Camat Mandrehe Kabupaten Nias Barat, yaitu (1) adanya pergantian setiap pemimpin sehingga mengalami perubahan gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan, (2) kurangnya kemampuan pimpinan dalam mengarahkan pegawai, (3) kurangnya tindakan pimpinan dalam peningkatan motivasi kerja para bawahannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan di Kantor Camat Mandrehe, Kinerja pegawai di Kantor Camat Mandrehe. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa datanya adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sumber informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak tiga orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh Camat Mandrehe Kabupaten Nias Barat dalam memimpin yaitu lebih merujuk kepada gaya kepemimpinan demokratis. Kemudian Pegawai di Kantor Camat Mandrehe Kabupaten Nias Barat bekerja dengan baik, menyelesaikan tugas dengan efektif dan tepat waktu. Tiga faktor yang mendorong kinerja pegawai di Kantor Camat Mandrehe Kabupaten Nias Barat adalah motivasi kerja dari pimpinan, pemberian kewenangan tugas kedinasan, dan program pelatihan untuk pengembangan kapasitas pegawai.

Abstract

Pemerintahan Desa adalah penyelenggaraan urusan pemerintahan oleh Pemerintah Desa dan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) dalam mengatur dan mengurus kepentingan masyarakat setempat berdasarkan asal usul dan adat istiadat setempat yang diakui dan dihormarti dalam sistem Pemerintahan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yakni menganalisa perbandingan berdasarkan data dan informasi berupa kalimat secara lisan yang di peroleh dari objek penelitian, kemudian menarik kesimpulan penelitian berdasarkan data dan informasi yang diperoleh. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui hal-hal sebagai berikut: dari tahun 2019 – 2022 terdapat 11 (sebelas) orang warga desa yang menikah di bawah umur yang disebabkan oleh faktor hamil di luar nikah dan faktor keinginan orangtua. Hal ini terjadi karena kurangnya pengetahuan orangtua terkait dampak Pernikahan di bawah umur dan lemahnya ekonomi keluarga.Peran Pemerintah Desa dalam mengatasi Pernikahan di bawah umur yakni: memberikan penyuluhan tentang resiko pernikahan di bawah umur kepada anak remaja dan pemuda di desa, melakukan sosialisasi kepada orangtua baik secara lisan maupun tulisan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada acara hari besar keagamaan, hari ulang tahun kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia serta hari besar lainnya, memperketat aturan Pernikahan di bawah umur. Pemerintah Desa bekerjasama dengan Pemerintah Kecamatan dan Dinas terkait untuk syarat dan aturan pada pernikahan di bawah umur sehingga mempedomani aturan dan mekanisme yang berlaku, peningkatan pemahaman agama melalui kegiatan-kegiatan keagamaan. Pemerintah desa turut menyelenggarakan hari-hari besar keagamaan sebagai bagian dari upaya meningkatkan keimanan warga desa dengan melibatkan remaja dan pemuda desa menjadi pelaksana kegiatan, dan menjadi mediasi dalam penyelesaian masalah.

Abstract

Perencanaan sumber daya manusia sangat disadari penting oleh organisasi dan merupakan investasi masa depan karena dengan kemampuan aparat desa sangat baik dan mampu menyelesaikan setiap permasalahan dan mampu membuat inovasi yang membuat organisasi melesat jauh meninggalkan para pesaing sehingga masyarakat terlayani dengan baik dan program-program terlaksana dengan efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Penerapan Sistem Perencanaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) di Kantor Pemerintah Desa Lasela, Kecamatan Gido, Kabupaten Nias. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Untuk memperoleh data yang dibutuhkan maka peneliti menetapkan informan sebanyak 7 orang yang terdiri dari Kepala desa dan perangkat Desa Lasela, Kecamatan Gido, Kabupaten Nias. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Perencanaan SDM telah diimplementasikan dengan sejumlah tahapan, termasuk identifikasi kebutuhan SDM, pengembangan rencana SDM, implementasi rencana, dan pemantauan serta evaluasi. Namun, ada beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi dalam penerapan sistem ini, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, keterbatasan teknologi informasi, dan perubahan kebijakan yang sering terjadi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi strategi kepemimpinan dalam keamanan pemilu di wilayah hukum Polres Nias, menyoroti peran penting kepemimpinan yang berwibawa dan efektif dalam memastikan pemilu yang aman, adil, dan transparan. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan wawancara mendalam dengan tokoh-tokoh kunci termasuk Kepala Bagian Operasi Polres Nias, Paur Dalops Sibbag, dan Paurmin Bag Ops yang menekankan pentingnya keterbukaan, kepatuhan hukum, dan kolaborasi antarlembaga. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa tanggung jawab kepemimpinan dan kebijaksanaan dalam manajemen kekuasaan secara signifikan berkontribusi terhadap keamanan, kepercayaan publik, dan stabilitas selama pemilu. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi keamanan pemilu yang sukses bergantung pada otoritas, kemampuan beradaptasi, dan komitmen para pemimpin terhadap prinsip-prinsip hukum, yang menggarisbawahi pentingnya mengembangkan kualitas kepemimpinan seperti itu dalam penegakan hukum untuk meningkatkan demokrasi melalui proses pemilu yang aman, adil, dan transparan.

Abstract

This research analyzes the application of total quality management (TQM) in an effort to increase customer satisfaction at the Yonnas Hotel in Teluk Dalam City, South Nias Regency. Hotels are a service industry that includes lodging, food and beverage services, travel agencies and others, the hotel industry operates in the service sector This accommodation is also the same as other industries. Where it is growing and there are more and more hotel buildings in every place. Both in big cities and small towns. The main function of the hotel industry is as a temporary residence for guests who generally go on long trips, or carry out special and general activities and can also be a place for tourists who want to go on holiday, and can also be a place for meetings, gatherings, birthday events. , as well as wedding events. The aim of this research is to determine the application of total quality management (TQM) in an effort to increase customer satisfaction at the Yonnas Hotel in Teluk Dalam City, South Nias Regency. This research uses qualitative research methods using data collection, data reduction and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The sources of informants for this research are the leaders (owners) of the Yonnas Hotel, general managers, employees and customers/guests of the Yonnas Hotel. The results of this research show that implementing TQM can increase customer satisfaction if it is fully implemented or implemented. Where TQM refers to organizational change, starting from changes in structure, goals, leadership and the role of employees in achieving a goal. Total Quality Management (TQM) in an effort to increase customer satisfaction can also achieve total business excellence and competitiveness. Because customer satisfaction is the level of customer satisfaction after receiving the services provided by a business. Therefore, with the main elements in TQM that can be used as a reference in increasing customer satisfaction, namely focus on customers, obsession with quality, scientific approach, long-term commitment, teamwork, continuous system improvement, education and training, controlled freedom, unity of purpose, employee involvement and empowerment. If the TQM elements are fully implemented or implemented within the Yonnas Hotel, it can increase customer satisfaction effectively and efficiently.
