<![CDATA[Medical record confidentiality is a fundamental component of healthcare services that ensures patient data protection and strengthens public trust in healthcare institutions. In the era of digital health transformation, awareness and understanding of data security among future health workers remain essential, particularly in supporting stunting prevention programs that rely on accurate and protected health data. This community service activity aimed to improve participants’ knowledge and awareness regarding the importance of medical record confidentiality. The program was conducted through preparatory activities, interactive educational sessions, and evaluation using pre-test and post-test methods. The results demonstrated an increase in participants’ knowledge, as indicated by higher post-test scores compared to pre-test results, along with active engagement during the sessions. The outputs of this activity included educational materials, activity documentation, and planned scientific publication. This program contributes to promoting safe, ethical, and data-driven healthcare services while supporting stunting prevention efforts.
