Abstract

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan representasi kepribadian tokoh utama dalam film La Tahzan: Cinta, Dosa, Luka berdasarkan kajian psikologi sastra Sigmund Freud yang meliputi aspek id, ego, dan superego. Film ini dipilih karena menampilkan konflik rumah tangga yang kompleks serta dinamika emosional tokoh utama akibat perselingkuhan, sehingga menarik untuk dikaji dari sudut pandang psikologis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitik. Data penelitian berupa dialog, adegan, serta ekspresi tokoh utama yang merepresentasikan aspek id, ego, dan superego. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi teks terhadap film, sedangkan teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek id pada tokoh utama tercermin melalui dorongan emosi yang muncul secara sponta akibat pengkhianatan. Aspek ego tampak melalui tindakan nyata tokoh utama dalam merespons konflik dengan mempertimbangkan realitas yang dihadapi, baik melalui pengendalian diri maupun tindakan langsung. Sementara itu, aspek superego terlihat melalui kesadaran moral tokoh utama, seperti rasa bersalah, empati, simpati, serta sikap memaafkan. Dengan demikian, film La Tahzan: Cinta, Dosa, Luka merepresentasikan pergulatan batin manusia secara kompleks melalui struktur kepribadian id, ego, dan superego. LITERARY PSYCHOLOGY REVIEW OF SIGMUND FFREUD ABSTRACT: This study aims to describe the representation of the main character’s personality in the film La Tahzan: Cinta, Dosa, Luka based on Sigmund Freud’s literary psychology, which includes the aspects of id, ego, and superego. The film was selected because it presents complex marital conflicts and the emotional dynamics of the main character resulting from infidelity, making it relevant to be examined from a psychological perspective. This study employs a qualitative approach using a descriptive-analytic method. The research data consist of dialogues, scenes, and expressions of the main character that represent the aspects of id, ego, and superego. Data collection techniques were carried out through textual observation of the film, while data analysis techniques included data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the id aspect of the main character is reflected through spontaneous emotional impulses arising from betrayal. The ego aspect is shown through the main character’s concrete actions in responding to conflict by considering the realities faced, either through self-control or direct actions. Meanwhile, the superego aspect is reflected in the main character’s moral awareness, such as feelings of guilt, empathy, sympathy, and an attitude of forgiveness. Thus, the film La Tahzan: Cinta, Dosa, Luka represents the complex inner struggle of human beings through the personality structure of id, ego, and superego.
