Abstract

Divorce rates in Indonesia are high and worrying. Problem-solving is needed to assist the government in dealing with these problems. The Masturah program for the Tabligh Jamaat in Lampung is the basic capital in the formation of a sakinah family, a harmonious household, and avoids divorce. The pre-research findings of this program are thought to have succeeded in suppressing the divorce rate among Tabligh congregations in Lampung. Whereas logically their domestic life is vulnerable to lack of disharmony because husbands often perform khurūj. This paper, will be discussed further how the Masturah program for the Tabligh Jamaat at Al-Kirom Islamic Boarding School, Hajimena Nursery, South Lampung, in realizing a sakinah family and reducing the divorce rate among the Tabligh Jamaat? The findings of this study are the masturah program for the Tabligh Jamaat at Al-Kirom Islamic Boarding School, Kebon Bibit Hajimena, South Lampung, containing maslahah, as a structured religious development program in fostering a sakinah, mawaddah, and full of grace family, by the guidance of Islamic teachings. This program has succeeded in turning its alumni more observant couples, maintain family religious education, and carry out religious orders. Thus reducing the divorce rate among them.
