<![CDATA[Background: Urbanization and post-industrial transitions create spatial inequities that may influence residents’ perceived quality of life. Objective: To examine associations between spatial justice indicators and perceived quality of life among residents of post-industrial neighborhoods in Palembang, Indonesia. Methods: This cross-sectional analytical study included 384 adults from three neighborhoods. Validated questionnaires assessed access to green space, healthcare, public transport, and community centres, together with neighborhood safety, social cohesion, governance participation, and adapted WHOQOL-BREF scores. Multivariate logistic regression was used. Results: Good quality of life was reported by 289 participants (75.3%). High spatial justice (aOR=3.49; 95% CI 2.25–5.43), high governance participation (aOR=2.59; 95% CI 1.85–3.62), green-space access (aOR=2.12), healthcare access (aOR=2.01), neighborhood safety (aOR=1.85), and social cohesion (aOR=1.68) were significant predictors. Model fit was adequate (Hosmer–Lemeshow p=0.684; Nagelkerke R²=0.348). Conclusion: Spatial justice, participatory governance, safety, and social cohesion were independently associated with better perceived quality of life in post-industrial communities.]]>
