The development of digital technology has brought significant changes to the world of education, including in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teaching. However, PAI teaching practices in various educational institutions still tend to be conventional, teacher-centered, and do not utilize technology optimally. This article aims to examine innovations in technology-based PAI learning and their implications for improving the quality of learning. The method used is a literature review analyzing various relevant scientific sources. The study results indicate that the use of technology such as interactive media, e-learning platforms, and digital learning applications can increase student motivation, participation, and understanding of PAI material. Furthermore, technology integration also encourages more contextual, flexible, and learner-centered learning. The novelty of this study lies in the systematic integration of Islamic values with digital technology within a learning framework that emphasizes not only cognitive aspects but also affective and spiritual aspects in a holistic manner. Thus, innovations in technology-based PAI learning are a strategic solution to address educational challenges in the digital era.
