<![CDATA[The ongoing digital transformation in education has increased the need for teachers to continuously develop their professional competencies. This article explores the role of the West Nusa Tenggara Teacher and Education Personnel Center (BGTK NTB) in supporting teacher competency enhancement through a variety of professional development programs. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing data gathered through observations, interviews, and documentation conducted during an internship program, complemented by a review of relevant literature. The findings reveal that BGTK NTB serves as a key institution in strengthening teachers’ pedagogical, professional, and digital competencies. Its initiatives include Deep Learning implementation programs, training for elementary school English teachers, Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers, school supervisors, and guidance and counseling teachers. These programs have contributed to improving teachers’ knowledge, skills, and instructional practices, enabling them to respond more effectively to the demands of contemporary education. Therefore, BGTK NTB plays a significant role in promoting sustainable professional growth among teachers and supporting the improvement of educational quality in the digital era.]]>
