This research aims to determine the validity of the development of E-LKPD based on the SIL model on earth structure material and its development. This development research was carried out by the UPTD of SMP Negeri 1 Klampis for the 2024/2025 academic year. Development is carried out by applying the ADDIE model which has a flow of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The feasibility module is collected with a validation sheet by experts and science teachers. The feasibility of the module is assessed in terms of media and material. The research results showed that in terms of media the validity was 96.87% and in terms of material it was 90.62%, so that the overall results of developing E-LKPD based on the SIL model were declared feasible.
