<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the lack of use of engaging, technology-based media in school learning. One learning media innovation that aligns with current technological developments and is favored by children is e-comics. E-comics are a form of illustrated story with specific characters that present information or messages through electronic media. The purpose of this research is to develop e-comics learning media based on the CTL approach because it can help students connect science and natural sciences material to real-life situations, making learning more meaningful, active, and understandable. The purpose of this research is to develop CTL-based e-comics learning media for science and natural sciences learning in fourth grade elementary school that is valid and practical for use in the learning process. This research is a Research & Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model, which has five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data were obtained through validation sheets and practicality sheets. The validation sheets consisted of validation by material experts, language experts, and media experts. The practicality questionnaire consisted of teacher response questionnaires and student response questionnaires. The subjects of this small-scale trial were fourth-grade students at SDN 03 Gunung Tuleh. The subjects of the large-scale trial were fourth-grade students at SDN 07 Gunung Tuleh, SDN 08 Gunung Tuleh, and SDN 20 Gunung Tuleh. The validity test results from the material experts obtained a score of 92.5%, categorized as "very valid." The validity test results from the language experts obtained a score of 100%, categorized as "very valid." The validity test results from the media experts obtained a score of 97.5%, categorized as "very valid." The practicality test results from the teacher responses obtained results of 95% and 96.66%, categorized as "very practical." The practicality test results from the student responses obtained results of 95% and 94.36%, categorized as "very practical." Thus, it can be concluded that the learning media in the form of e-comics based on the CTL approach in science learning in grade IV of elementary school has been declared valid and practical for use in learning.]]>
