Abstract

For humans, character plays a crucial part in preventing them from leaving their sphere and entering that of servants. The purpose of this study is to examine how character values are taught in elementary school-aged children's Bidayah Hidayah novels in the twenty-first century. A descriptive qualitative research approach is used in this study. The data and material used in this study come from research publications written by prior analysts and combine two sources, namely particular vital information and optional information. A way of gathering data for this study's data collecting was library research. Two things come out of this study's findings: first, individual character; and second, social character. Whereas Imam Al-unique Ghazali's personality links it to adab to Allah. In the meantime, Imam Al-social Ghazali's nature connects it to adab for teachers. Additionally, consider the effects on elementary-aged kids in the twenty-first century. Promiscuity that deviates from the norm will harm society, psychology, and the body as well as undermine morals and have a detrimental effect on future generations. As a result, through the Bidayatul Hidayah book, wisdom is attained since parents and educators can impart the value of religious education as a tool for developing into a perfect human being while also teaching children manners to Allah SWT and to educators.

Abstract

Science provides real change for the development of human life, including a scientific approach in the learning process in schools. This study aims to describe the urgency of studying the history of science development for elementary age children. This type of research includes qualitative with the method of literature study. Data sources are quoted from credible pages in the form of Google Scholar and Sinta. The research data includes books, articles, proceedings and final assignments (thesis, or dissertation) that are relevant to the research topic. To test the validity of the data, the researcher cross-checked the research materials. The results of this study concluded that the history of the development of science is important to give to children of primary age, because it is useful for increasing children's insight and internalizing the value of respect for history to children from an elementary age. The implications of this research teach children about basic concepts, history, and the benefits of science in everyday life.

Abstract

Perkembangan UMKM di Indonesia sangat penting mengingat jumlahnya yang banyak dan tersebar di seluruh negeri. Sebagai salah satu sektor ekonomi yang signifikan, keberadaan UMKM tentu berdampak pada pertumbuhan dan peningkatan ekonomi. Dengan dukungan dari pemerintah dan pelaku UMKM, diharapkan perekonomian Indonesia dapat berkembang lebih cepat. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana peran pemerintah berpengaruh terhadap Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) dalam mendorong perekonomian Indonesia, serta mengidentifikasi tantangan dan hambatan yang dihadapi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka, yang berfokus pada analisis hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang relevan dengan topik ini. Pengaruh pemerintah terhadap perekonomian Indonesia menjadi fokus utama, dengan sumber data berasal dari artikel jurnal, buku, e-book, website, dan lainnya. Kesimpulannya, pemerintah memiliki pengaruh besar dan menjadi tulang punggung ekonomi Indonesia, mulai dari penciptaan lapangan kerja hingga kontribusi dalam produk ekspor. Meskipun ada hambatan seperti kesulitan akses pembiayaan, digitalisasi, regulasi, dan inovasi produk, pemerintah berusaha melalui program pembiayaan seperti Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR), inkubasi bisnis, mendorong penggunaan teknologi digital, dan memberikan pendampingan bisnis. Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach in Indonesian language learning at the elementary school level. The primary objective of this study is to explore the extent to which CTL can improve students' learning outcomes, reading skills, and critical thinking skills. Data collection was conducted through a literature review of relevant scientific articles published within the last five years. Articles were systematically selected based on the criteria of thematic relevance, source quality, and focus on Indonesian language learning in elementary schools. The study results indicate that the implementation of CTL consistently has a positive impact on reading comprehension, learning activities, and the development of students' critical thinking skills. However, challenges such as time constraints, teacher preparedness, and a lack of digital resources hinder its implementation. Therefore, institutional support and ongoing teacher training are key to the success of this approach in the context of elementary education.

Abstract

 Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia (Polri) merupakan lembaga penegak hukum yang memegang peran penting dalam menjaga ketertiban negara. Dalam menjalankan tugasnya, Polri wajib mematuhi etika profesi demi menjaga integritas lembaga. Namun, di sisi lain, perilaku beberapa oknum anggota Polri justru mencederai citra institusi, salah satunya melalui tindak pidana suap. Kritik terhadap penyalahgunaan kewenangan ini menjadi perhatian serius. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ketentuan pemberian sanksi kode etik terhadap anggota Polri yang menerima suap, serta memahami penerapan sanksi etik tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan studi kasus, berdasarkan bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif untuk menarik kesimpulan yang tepat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sanksi terhadap anggota Polri yang terlibat tindak pidana suap belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan ketentuan PP Nomor 1 Tahun 2003 tentang Pemberhentian Anggota Kepolisian dan Perpol Nomor 7 Tahun 2022 tentang Kode Etik Kepolisian. Sanksi yang diberikan hanya berupa mutasi dengan demosi, padahal seharusnya diberikan Pemberhentian Tidak Dengan Hormat (PTDH) sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 11 PP Nomor 1 Tahun 2003. Oleh karena itu, perlu ketegasan dalam penegakan kode etik agar kredibilitas Polri tetap terjaga, serta optimalisasi pengawasan internal untuk membina anggota kepolisian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan sanksi terhadap anggota Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia yang melakukan tindak pidana suap masih belum sepenuhnya mencerminkan ketegasan hukum sebagaimana yang diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.

Abstract

This article discusses how the local cultural wisdom of the Batak ethnic group in Lumut District, Central Tapanuli Regency, such as in weddings, deaths, and other holidays contains a very high value of tolerance. This strength is inseparable from the Batak ethnic kinship value system, known as Dalihan na tolu. The kinship system outlines and establishes very detailed rules for social relations for the Batak ethnic. This article uses a qualitative research method using an ethnographic approach. This approach as described by Malinowski seeks to describe and build the socio-cultural structure of a society and compare social systems to obtain general rules about a society. This study has a purpose: (1) revealing the values ​​of local wisdom of the Batak ethnic in Lumut District, Central Tapanuli Regency in supporting tolerance, (2) identifying what factors support the character of tolerance in the life of the Batak ethnicity in Lumut District. , Central Tapanuli Regency, (3) describes the social life of the Batak ethnic in Lumut District, Central Tapanuli Regency. Based on the research results in this article, the authors get the results that the social relations possessed by the Batak ethnic in Lumut District have succeeded in bringing a high tolerance attitude. So that it forms community behavior that respects each other and can live side by side regardless of ethnic or religious background.
