<![CDATA[The cultivation of values in Pancasila education plays an important role in shaping character and fostering a sense of pride in the nation among elementary school students. However, in practice, learning is still dominated by conventional methods, such as textbooks and worksheets, while the use of digital media has not been optimal even though supporting facilities are available. This situation affects students' motivation to learn, making them less active in participating in Pancasila education, especially in topics on Social and Cultural Diversity. This study aims to develop a learning media in the form of a website based on Google Sites for fourth-grade Pancasila education in elementary schools, and to examine its validity and practicality. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, limited to the stages of analysis, design, development, and implementation.The data was obtained through observation, interviews, student needs analysis questionnaires, validation instruments by material experts, language experts, and media experts, as well as practicality questionnaires for teachers and students. The results of the study show that the developed website has very high validity, with percentages of 97.3% from material experts, 95% from language experts, and 92% from media experts, making the average validity 94.76%. This media is also very practical, proven by teacher responses of 96%, 94%, and 90%, as well as student responses of 91.4%, 94.33%, and 92.66% across three elementary schools. Thus, this Google Sites-based interactive learning media is suitable to be used as a supporting tool for teaching Pancasila Education in fourth grade elementary classrooms.]]>
