This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership and work motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at RSUD dr. Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga. The research employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. Primary data were collected through questionnaires from 269 permanent employees selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, path analysis, and the Sobel test using Jamovi software. The results indicate that leadership and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on both employee performance and job satisfaction. Job satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction mediates the effect of leadership and work motivation on employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of effective leadership and work motivation in enhancing job satisfaction and employee performance in the healthcare service sector.
