<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze determinant factors, obstacles, strategies, and solutions in early reading and writing learning in elementary schools through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. This method was chosen because it is systematic, transparent, objective, and replicable, thus allowing researchers to comprehensively synthesize various research results. This research follows the stages of identification, screening, feasibility, and inclusion with data sources from Google Scholar, Garuda, and Sinta using relevant keywords. From the initial search results of 150 articles, 19 articles were obtained that met the criteria for analysis. The results of the study show that the determinant factors consist of internal factors such as intelligence, interests, and motivation, as well as external factors such as the family environment, school, and learning media. The obstacles found include difficulty recognizing letters, understanding reading, writing correctly, and low interest in reading students. The teacher's strategies used include the phonics method, reading together, the use of interesting media, special guidance, and additional learning time. The solutions that can be applied include a multisensory approach, interactive media, reading habits, and collaboration between teachers and parents to optimally improve students' literacy skills.]]>
