<![CDATA[Inclusive Islamic boarding schools play an important role in providing religious educational environments that accommodate students with developmental disorders. However, limited capacity among families, teachers, and caregivers to provide appropriate assistance remains a challenge in implementing inclusive education. This Community Service Program aimed to strengthen assistance capacity for students with developmental disorders through the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach at Pesantren Inklusi Sabilillah, Probolinggo. The ABCD approach was used to identify, mobilize, and optimize human, social, institutional, physical, cultural, and spiritual assets within the pesantren community. The program was implemented participatively through initial condition assessment, asset mapping, priority setting, program design, implementation, evaluation, reflection, and sustainability strengthening. Activities included spiritual guidance, family psychoeducation, training in behavioral assistance techniques, and capacity building for teachers and caregivers. The program also supported the development of assistance guidelines and supporting modules for the pesantren. The results indicated increased understanding and skills among families in assisting students, improved capacity among teachers and caregivers to apply appropriate assistance strategies, and strengthened collaboration among families, educators, caregivers, and the pesantren community. Spiritual values, mutual cooperation, and community participation served as important assets supporting program implementation and sustainability. The findings indicate that internal pesantren assets can be mobilized to develop a more participatory, inclusive, contextually relevant, and sustainable assistance ecosystem for students with developmental disorders while strengthening collective capacity within the pesantren community.]]>
