Abstract

Social organization in Surabaya should apply appropriate leadership model, able to manage work stress members in fundraising tasks, and implement fair compensation policies to meet the expectations of the social worker and the organization itself . This study aimed to clarify the influence of spiritual leadership, work stress, job satisfaction and compensation for social worker and job performance. Analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to examine the effect of directly or indirectly, the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The size of the effect that occurs at a certain point would appear from the results of the calculation method of the SEM program AMOS (Analysis Of The Moment Structure). Sources of data obtained from social organizations excel in Surabaya by using proportional random sampling technique. The main instrument used in data collection is the questionnaire, while the supporting instruments were interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis showed that there are several variables hypothesized in seven hypotheses have significant effects with positive relationships and partly direction has no significant effect with the negative direction of the relationship. Contribution of research in management theory, the focus on human resource management (HRM) is the need for compatibility between the spiritual leadership, job stress, non-financial compensation, job satisfaction, and job performance. Important findings in the study suggest that job satisfaction on job performance has the greatest level of significance, while the non-financial compensation has the most significant influence on job performance.Keywords : Spiritual Leadership, Work Stress, Non Financial Compensation, Job Satisfaction, Job Performance

Abstract

Some parents had erred in foster patterns of children who have lacked the slow learner. Usually they let the kids out of school. And without realizing it suddenly became increasingly unruly children. Under such background, this paper raised about Family therapy in dealing with wrong parenting skill of parents on slow learner child. That is about how the application of family therapy as a result. In this study, researchers using qualitative research methods, case study research with descriptive comparative analysis to know the flow of the problems experienced by children and to compare the child's condition before and after the treatment. Later, the application of this family therapy process consists of several steps that collect and organize information about the family and see the relationships that occur within a family. After that, researcher make the homework activity that is gathering the family to communicate well with each other to solve problems together.Keywords: Family Therapy, Parenting, Slow Learner

Abstract

In this era, we have heard several times the incidence of Married by Accident (unwed). Teenagers usually do not know in depth the impact of Married by Accident, so, they do not know the effort or effective way to prevent it. This paper raised about the Islamic Guidance and Counselling plays an important role in providing guidance on how to determine the impact of Married by Accident and their prevention efforts. Thus, in the process of Islamic Guidance and Counselling using self awareness techniques is expected to make teens aware of and can minimize the incidence Married by Accident in adolescents. The method used in this study is the method of Reseach & Developmental research, types of research development. Results of Islamic Guidance and Counseling with self awareness techniques declared successful with a percentage of 89.24%.Keywords: Islamic Guidance and Counseling, Married by Accident

Abstract

The problems examined in this study ie Is Happy Prayer Therapy Effective in Reducing Problem The Not Visit Finish ( Unfinished Business ) in Surabaya . This study aims to determine the effectiveness Prayer Happy Therapy in Reducing Problem The Not Visit Finish ( Unfinished Business ) in Surabaya . This study uses quantitative methods are useful to explore the facts and data. The subjects in this study are the ones who follow Joy Prayer Therapy Training ( PTSB ) in Central Siwalankerto institutions YAQUTA No. KUN . 66 . Data collection used is the observation , interviews , documentation and delivery using a questionnaire with a Likert scale models of computation techniques via the t-test ( Paired - Sample T - Test ) . Results of t-test ( Paired - Sample - T - Test ) between before treatment and after prayers Happy Happy Prayer Therapy , shows that t is greater than t table ( 10 699 > 1,662 ) with an average ( mean ) after doing therapy Happy prayer of 69.9674 is greater than before the Blessed prayer Therapy of 61.0217 means Therapy Effective prayer Happy to Handle Unfinished Business.Keywords : Happy Prayer Therapy , Unfinished Business .

Abstract

In this study, researchers developed and tested a product of Islamic music therapy as a relaxation for the elderly in the Elderly IHC Kurnia Jemurwonosari Surabaya. The purpose of this study was to test the feasibility and to produce Islamic music therapy as a relaxation for the elderly. Researchers used a research method development (R&D) to develop and get good results and maximum, with the kind of qualitative and quantitative research. Results of research and field trials found that the process of Islamic music therapy as a relaxation for the elderly in the Elderly Kurnia IHC performed in 3 stages, namely 1) Supervising music therapy provides early explanation of the usefulness of music therapy and also for the elderly, 2) the process of music therapy the elderly played music used music as therapy for 5 minutes, 3) Discussion and evaluation. The final results in the calculation of the questionnaire participants Islamic music therapy as a relaxation for the elderly amounted to 80.94 % (very effective). And Islamic music therapy product designed to meet the standard test is appropriate categories with the final result 83.33 %.Keywords : Islamic Music Therapy , Relaxation , Elderly .

Abstract

This study revealed the process of implementation of Islamic Guidance and Counseling with relationship therapy in an adolescent with depression. This study used qualitative methods with qualitative descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques used observation, interview and documentation to find the facts of the condition of a depressed teenager. Process of Islamic Guidance and Counseling with relationship therapy that counselors perform a variety of outreach activities, conversations and approaches with family and close friends counselee counselee to find out about the problems and conditions of the counselee . In addition , counselors also ask close friends help counselees to participate in providing assistance to the counselee to get out of the problems faced , because usually teens have a tendency to share feelings with peers . In this study concluded that the process of Islamic Guidance and Counseling with relationship therapy is quite successful with a percentage of 60 % , which these results can be seen from the change in attitude or behavior of the counselee who initially locked himself in the house into a venture out of the house.Keywords : Guidance and Counseling Islam , Gathering , Depression

Abstract

There are two discussions that were examined in this thesis are: ( 1 ) how the implementation of Islamic counseling to the moral improvement of street children, ( 2 ) there Counseling influence of Islam on the moral improvement of street children in Alang - Alang Studio Surabaya. The purpose of this research is : to know the implementation of Guidance and Counselling Islam against the moral improvement of street children in Alang - Alang Studio Surabaya and to determine whether there is influence of Islamic Guidance and Counselling for moral improvement of street children in studio reeds Surabaya. In this study the method of quantitative descriptive analysis to determine moment prodak The lack of guidance counseling influence of Islam on the moral enhancement. Based on the research results of the implementation of Islamic Guidance and Counselling against the moral improvement of street children in Surabaya Studio Reed performed with two forms of individuals and groups, while the results of the 0275 then there is no influence of Islamic counseling to the moral improvement of street children.Keywords : Islamic Counseling, Moral Development, Street Children

Abstract

This study uses content analysis approach with the type of descriptive research that the researcher wants to obtain information and content communications submitted by KH. Sumarkhan in addressing family issues in the event TV9 Surabaya Sakinah Family Workshop in Guidance and Counseling Islamic perspective. Then the researchers will describe or depict in fact correspond to reality in the event. The results showed that: Sakinah Family Workshop Event is the event that presents the material or discussion of family problems which aired live on TV9 station in the city of Surabaya. In the event there is Islamic guidance and counseling services, where KH. Sumarkhan as an Islamic counselor to help resolve family problems experienced by the audience in attendance at TV9 studio and viewers at home who witnessed the event. In overcoming family problems, KH. Sumarkhan functioning optimally religious values. Foundation (foundation or major foundation) used KH. Abstract

In this regard, the field study used descriptive qualitative method of comparative analysis is to compare the implementation of the ICC on the ground with the theories of development in accordance with the issue. The data used to determine the final result of the implementation of the ICC is achieved by comparing the state of the client before and after the implementation of the ICC. In this study concluded that the implementation of the ICC with Braille media to motivate yourself in with the Blind is to engage with clients, current behavior, self-assess, plan for responsible action, does not accept the reasons, and there is no penalty. And the implementation was successful, it can be evidenced by the change in the apparent increased motivation on the client after getting BKI heading in a positive direction and better than increasing the client's self motivation before and after getting BKI with Braille media.Keywords : Islamic Guidance and Counselling, Self Motivation, Media Braille and the Blind .
