<![CDATA[This study aims to: 1. Analyze the implementation of congregational prayers for obligatory students in congregation at the Al-Hidayah Paal X Development Work Islamic Boarding School, Jambi City; 2. Analyze the obstacles faced by the asatidz in implementing the values of discipline in the implementation of the obligatory prayer in congregation of students at the Al-Hidayah Paal X Development Work Islamic Boarding School, Jambi City; and 3. Analyze the efforts made by the asatidz in implementing the values of discipline in the implementation of the obligatory prayer in congregation of students at the Al-Hidayah Development Work Islamic Boarding School, Paal X, Jambi City. The type of research used in this study is qualitative research. The data collection technique of this research uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study are: 1. The implementation of the obligatory prayer for students has been in accordance with the schedule that has been arranged by the boarding school; 2. There are three main obstacles faced by the asatidz, namely: a. Social background of students; b. The ups and downs of enthusiasm and motivation; and c. Poor time management; 3. The efforts made by the asatidz are: a. Making disciplinary regulations in the implementation of obligatory prayers; b. Awarding (Reward); c. Punishment; and d. Continuous habituation.]]>
