Abstract

Rapid digital transformation has accelerated the emergence of digital-preneurship as a strategic driver of innovation, business competitiveness, and socioeconomic development. Rising demand for equitable economic participation has increased expectations that digital enterprises should generate not only financial returns but also measurable social value through community empowerment, employment creation, and digital inclusion. This study aimed to examine how creative technologies integrated with a social mission contribute to inclusive economic growth by strengthening entrepreneurial performance and sustainable value creation. A mixed-methods sequential explanatory design was employed, combining quantitative evidence from organizational performance indicators, digital platform analytics, innovation capability assessments, and standardized entrepreneurship measures with qualitative data from semi-structured interviews, organizational observations, focus group discussions, and institutional document analysis. Findings showed that enterprises integrating creative technologies with explicit social objectives significantly improved innovation capability, revenue growth, employment generation, digital inclusion, customer reach, community participation, and long-term business sustainability compared with conventional entrepreneurial models. Qualitative evidence further indicated that institutional collaboration, entrepreneurial leadership, technological capability, and community engagement strengthened social impact and organizational resilience. The results confirm that digital-preneurship is most effective when technological innovation is intentionally aligned with inclusive development objectives, supported by responsible innovation, collaborative governance, and human-centered entrepreneurial ecosystems in practice.
