Poklahsar Tiga Saudara is a micro-scale business group that has long produced and marketed various types of salted fish, including ribbonfish, triggerfish, mackerel, West Aceh-style mixed small fish (*ikan rucah*), small shrimp (*rebon*), and anchovies. Currently, these salted fish products are sold openly on tables without adequate packaging or protective coverings. Such conditions increase the risk of contamination and can compromise product quality and shelf life. Furthermore, the lack of proper packaging limits the products' competitiveness, as they lack the visual identity, product information, and presentation needed to build consumer trust. This community service initiative aims to enhance production quality for the fisherfolk group through standardized packaging innovation, thereby increasing market value and optimizing the competitiveness of their salted fish in the national market. A collaborative, participatory approach was employed with the partners across five stages: program preparation via Focus Group Discussions (FGD); dissemination of information and education regarding SNI (Indonesian National Standard) packaging; packaging design; salted fish processing in compliance with SNI 2016 standards; and dissemination of information regarding P-IRT (Home Industry Food Production) certification. The activities fostered an understanding and agreement to process salted fish according to SNI standards, prioritizing hygiene, quality, presentation, and enhanced competitiveness. The finished products utilize informative packaging to preserve quality and boost market value. The products will be registered for P-IRT certification and Halal labeling to ensure safety. By improving product quality and implementing standardized packaging innovation, Poklahsar Tiga Saudara can increase its market value and sustainably boost the local fishers' economy within the fisheries processing sector.
