<![CDATA[Literary works, as imaginative representations of human social and psychological reality, inherently have the potential to contain educational values. Children's novels have significant potential as pedagogical media, especially in the implementation of thematic curriculum, considering that the narrative messages in them can be integrated coherently with relevant learning materials. The use of literary works, especially novels, as a source of learning media is supported by their ability to convey moral messages and educational values that can be adapted as interesting and contextual teaching materials for students. This study will discuss the educational values in the novel Mata dan Rahasia di Pulau Gapi by Okky Madasari. This study uses a qualitative method, because the purpose of this study is to raise narratives to share stories or ideas with others. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the educational values contained in the novel "Mata dan Rahasia di Pulau Gapi" have many educational values that can be used as lessons for children and readers in general, in addition to the historical background and also about environmental damage, the novel has educational values such as religious values, honesty, empathy, independence and courage, literacy education, and peace-loving education. Okky Madasari as the author of the novel "Mata dan Rahasia di Pulau Gapi" plays an important role in the development of literature in Indonesia, many of her works have contributed to various discourses such as about women in Indonesia, history, about education and about children and technological developments.]]>
