<![CDATA[This study is motivated by the ongoing need to enhance the quality of educational leadership and teacher professionalism to support student academic achievement at State Elementary School (SD Negeri) Kartasana 2. Identified issues include suboptimal instructional innovation, limited variety in teaching methods, and a need to strengthen the principal's role in fostering a creative and professional learning culture. The study aims to analyze the quality of educational leadership and teacher professionalism in improving student achievement through instructional innovation at the school. A qualitative approach utilizing a case study method was employed. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis, and subsequently processed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the principal's leadership plays a pivotal role in providing direction, guidance, and motivation, while also encouraging teachers to develop instructional innovations. Teacher professionalism is demonstrated through lesson planning, the use of diverse teaching methods and media, and the evaluation of learning processes. These innovations have positively impacted student engagement and academic achievement. In conclusion, the quality of educational leadership and teacher professionalism, supported by instructional innovation, contributes significantly to improving student academic achievement.]]>
