<![CDATA[Bullying remains a common issue in elementary schools and can negatively affect students’ social, emotional, and academic development. The limited availability of learning media that present bullying topics in an engaging and interactive manner has become a challenge in helping students understand and prevent bullying behavior. This study aimed to develop a digital storybook on bullying for fifth-grade elementary school students and to determine its validity, practicality, and attractiveness. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research participants included one material expert, one media expert, one fifth-grade teacher, and 26 fifth-grade students at SDN Pandanwangi 3 Malang. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The findings revealed that the developed media achieved validity scores of 3.6 from the material expert and 3.65 from the media expert, both categorized as highly valid. In addition, the practicality scores were 3.7 from the teacher and 3.6 from the students, indicating that the media was highly practical and attractive.
