<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the role of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) teachers in strengthening students’ communication ethics through digital literacy materials, the obstacles encountered, and the efforts made by teachers and schools at SMP Negeri 3 Mandrehe. This study employed a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were collected through interviews and documentation involving the principal, PPKn teacher, and three students. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and source triangulation for validity testing. The results show that PPKn teachers contribute to strengthening students’ communication ethics by providing knowledge about the wise use of digital media, serving as communication role models, and discussing Pancasila values, citizens’ rights and obligations, and responsible digital behavior. The obstacles include differences in students’ understanding, social environment influences, social media habits, and limited awareness of communication ethics. Efforts made by teachers and schools include continuous guidance, integrating digital literacy materials into PPKn learning, providing examples, and collaborating with parents. Strengthening communication ethics requires cooperation among teachers, schools, students, and parents.]]>
