This study aims to determine the role of teachers in introducing the values of monotheism to 10 students aged 5–6 years old (5 boys and 5 girls) at Qurrota A'yun Preschool (PAUD) in Serang City. Early monotheism education is crucial as a foundation for developing children's religious character. This study used descriptive qualitative methods to in-depth describe the processes and strategies used by teachers in teaching religious values. Data collection techniques included participant observation, in-depth interviews with teachers, and documentation related to the institution's profile, religious programs, and learning activities. The results show that teachers play an active role in introducing the values of monotheism through habituation, role-playing, and engaging learning. Teachers use various methods such as storytelling, role-playing, singing, and creative activities appropriate to the characteristics of early childhood. Learning is integrated with daily Islamic activities such as group prayer, morning remembrance, and memorization of prayers and hadith. Obstacles such as limited time and the children's different family backgrounds are overcome by teachers through communication with parents and learning innovations. Thus, it can be concluded that teachers play a crucial role in shaping the foundation of children's faith. The strategy used has proven effective in introducing the values of monotheism in a fun and contextual way
