<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the role of teachers in shaping the religious character of early childhood through the habituation of Duha prayer at PAUD Al-Vatnoor in Serang City using a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects were classroom teachers and Group B children aged 5-6 years. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that teachers play an essential role as mentors, role models, and facilitators in habituating children to perform Duha prayer regularly. The Duha prayer activity is conducted every morning after exercise and breakfast and is enthusiastically attended by most children. Through this activity, children exhibit religious behaviors such as praying before and after activities, saying "Bismillah" and "Alhamdulillah," showing respect to teachers, and expressing gratitude. Challenges encountered include children's lack of focus and limited parental support, which teachers overcome through a loving and motivational approach and collaboration with parents. The implications of this research emphasize that Duha prayer habituation can serve as an effective strategy for forming religious character from an early age, providing practical guidance for PAUD teachers in integrating spiritual values into daily routines. This study contributes theoretically to the field of early childhood character education based on religious values and practically offers a replicable model for other educational institutions seeking to develop children's spiritual foundation through consistent, enjoyable, and age-appropriate religious habituation practices]]>
