<![CDATA[The Muhammadiyah Student Association (IPM) is a student cadre organization that plays a strategic role in developing leadership at the secondary school level. Advances in science and technology and the demands of the disruptive era require student organizations to develop adaptive leadership models with integrity, while remaining grounded in Islamic values and the principles of the Muhammadiyah organization. Therefore, strengthening modern leadership is necessary so that IPM cadres have an adequate understanding of leadership values, models, ideologies, principles, and systems that are relevant to current developments. Modern leadership strengthening activities are carried out in three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The implementation phase uses interactive lectures, discussions, role-playing, and case studies. This approach is used to provide participants with conceptual understanding and practical experience in identifying and resolving organizational leadership issues based on Islamic values and Muhammadiyah principles. The activities demonstrated an increase in participants' cognitive understanding of leadership values, principles, models, and systems that are in accordance with Muhammadiyah organizational rules. Participants also demonstrated an increased ability to understand the characteristics of modern leadership and connect them with Islamic values in organizational practice. Furthermore, the activity strengthened participants' belief that Islamic leadership should not be understood solely as a normative concept, but should be implemented in attitudes, decision-making, responsibility, role-modeling, and organizational activities. The results of the activity demonstrated that strengthening leadership through a combination of lectures, discussions, role-plays, and case studies can help participants integrate modern leadership understanding with Islamic values and Muhammadiyah principles. Thus, the leadership of IPM cadres is not only directed at organizational management skills but also at developing the character of leaders with integrity, adaptability, responsibility, and the ability to serve as role models.]]>
