Abstract

In an attempt to strengthen inherent values in this era of development and globalization, Mu’adalah Islamic boarding school is always struggling to maintain its identity by being open to systems which come from outside influence. By providing reinforcements in its educational system, Islamic boarding school has successfully maintained its existence over time. This is usually characterized by both shifts and changes that take place in line with current ages. There are two aspects that undelie the success of the performance of Mu’adalah Islamic boarding school: First, its legal status, by which it refers to the state whereby Islamic boarding schools are able to maintain their legal status every four year. Second, the quality of its graduates, by which it refers to the condition where the graduates of certain Islamic boarding schools conform with the standards set by the internal organization as well as those derived from the demands of more general community. In general, all of these are done on the basis of three renewals, namely: the curriculum, methodology and by optimizing Islamic boarding school as a community development center.

Abstract

Ability to manage and develop tertiary educational institution is important. TAbility to manage and develop tertiary educational institution is important. This may be done in line with the principles of modern management oriented to the quality. For the owners and managers of universities, the quality management system is essentially nucleated on continuous improvements to strengthen and develop the quality of graduates that can be absorbed by the agency and the labour market. As we know that the globalization era is the era of competition the quality or the quality of a product quality will be in demand by consumers, otherwise if the product is not quality it will be abandoned by consumers. Likewise College in the era of globalization must be based on quality, how the College in the activities of educational services and the development of human resources has advantages. Given the MEA era, is a challenge for students, especially in religious and moral behaviour. Abstract

Islamic boarding schools as an Islamic educational institution dated back from the history of Islamic ideology, especially in Indonesia, and cannot be separated from specific type of leadership called Kyai. Kyai is usually considered as a source of absolute power and authority in the life and environment of pesantren (i.e., Islamic boarding schools). So all policies both from the purpose up to implementation come from one authority. Kyai controls all sectors of Islamic boarding school. This fact normally leads to the formation of absolute authority by Kyai. Tahfidzul Qur'an Al-Fanani Islamic Boarding School, based on the results of a preliminary study, provides a different portrait in comparison with other Islamic boarding schools. Tahfidzul Qur'an Al-Fanani Islamic Boarding School, which was founded by Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember, becomes an interesting phenomenon to study. The questions of this study were formulated as follows: 1. What form of authority is applied in the Tahfidzul Qur'an Al-Fanani boarding school? 2. What factors support and inhibit leadership in Tahfidzul Qur'an Al-Fanani Islamic boarding school? 3. How does leadership authority affect the existence of ‘santri’ in the Tahfidzul Qur'an Al-Fanani boarding school? This study aimed to find a comprehensive picture of the leadership model in Al-Fanani boarding school. This study employed a qualitative approach involving interviews and documentation. Data analysis technique was triangulation. The findings show that, first, the form of authority is traditional. Second, the supporting factor is rote learning becomes the authority of each teacher (ustadz), not the leader. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor lies in the difference between the status of ‘santri’ from ordinary students. Finally, third, Kyai affected the number of santri, which does not increase every year.

Abstract

“Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam penyusunan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) Kurikulum 2013” di MTs. Baitul Arqom. “Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis fenomena, peristiwa, aktivitas sosial, sikap, kepercayaan, persepsi dan orang secara individual dan kelompok, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemampuan guru PAI dalam penyusunan RPP kurikulum 2013” di MTs. Baitul Arqom dikategorikan ”sangat baik“ dengan 4 tahapan observasi oleh peneliti di lapangan bahwa ketercapaian kemampuan guru ini terlihat dari kelengkapan RPP yang dibuat oleh guru yang bersangkutan.

Abstract

The socio-cultural life in today's society experiences a complete freedom since the existence of social networks, namely the expansion of the consumer's lifestyle. This condition requires a spiritual movement among women that can enlighten and spread the values of truth, goodness, moral aristocracy and social status. To meet these challenges, stratifications must be encouraged within the Aisyiyah's organization. To prepare women to be spiritual leaders who will be able to influence, serve and move the conscience of His servants in a very wise way through ethical and exemplary approaches, the Regional Leaders of Aisyiyah around Jember Regency optimizes ‘majlis tabligh’ in the muballighat corp meeting to increase the regeneration of their organizational objectives. This can also promote women to be spiritual leaders who can mobilize cadres in nearly all branches around Jember Regency to advocate amar ma'ruf nahi munkar as well as tajdid based on the teaching in the holy Qur'an and As-Sunnah. Women leaders as the hope of Muhammadiyah movements are women who are strong in ideology, maintain progressive thoughts and have a national perspective. Therefore, women leaders may be said to be based on spirituality if their leadership includes leadership for Aisyiyah, a leader for the ummah and a leader for the nation.

Abstract

The concept of motivation Maslow's ideas "" self-actualization is the person's motivation to transform perception of self into reality ". Motivation is the most basic factor in educational institutions to mobilize human resources potential to grow enthusiasm in working with organizational objectives. The second factor is the leader as a leader able to mobilize human resources. Sensitivity of a leader is expected to understand the nature and human needs. Hierarchy of human needs is expected to be another consideration in motivating staff, teachers (cleric) or employees. Abstract

Bermain peran merupakan salah satu permainan yang mampu melatih dan mengasah kecerdasan interpersonal anak. Salah satu bermain peran yang mampu melatih kecerdasan interpersonal anak adalah bermain peran pedagang cilik. Peran berdagang merupakan keteladanan Rasulullah masih berusia remaja, sifat yang rajin, jujur, pekerja keras merupakan sifat yang tercermin pada diri Rasulullah. Bermain peran ini menjadi salah satu favorit anak-anak PAUD usia (4-6 tahun), peran yang sering dimainkan adalah bermain pasar-pasaran. Meskipun permainan ini hanya mendengar celoteh anak yang tidak karuan, cidalnya, lucunya anak dalam berbicara namun banyak manfaat yang dapat diperoleh dari bermain peran menjadi pedagang cilik. Peneliti memberikan pendampingan mengenalkan mata uang mulai dari uang logan sampai pada uang kerta. Setelah memahami nominal mata uang mereka dilatih menjadi pedagang dan pembeli diminimarket, ada yang bertugas menjadi kasir, penjaga dan pembeli. Diantara manfaat yang diperoleh yaitu: asah imajinasi, terlatih berbahasa, mengenal fungsi uang, mengenal nilai benda, dan memicu jiwa wirausaha serta mampu bekerjasama dengan orang lain.
