<![CDATA[Background: Urban churches face increasing complexity due to globalization, digital transformation, demographic mobility, and religious pluralism. These dynamics require adaptive and transformative pastoral leadership to sustain service quality and congregational growth. Objective: This study aims to analyze the role of transformational pastoral leadership in improving service quality and fostering church growth within an urban context. Method: The research employed a quantitative correlational design with a case study approach. Data were collected through structured questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale to measure pastoral leadership and service quality. Pearson correlation and simple linear regression were applied at a 95% confidence level. Results: The findings reveal a strong positive correlation between pastoral leadership and service quality (r = 0.72; p < 0.05) with a coefficient of determination (R² = 0.52). Leadership also shows a significant relationship with congregational growth (r = 0.65). Overall: Transformational pastoral leadership integrating biblical pastoral principles provides an effective framework for enhancing service quality and promoting sustainable spiritual and relational church growth in urban environments.]]>
