<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the management of educational facilities and infrastructure procurement in supporting the improvement of learning quality at Baitul Ilmi Islamic Junior High School (MTs) Tebo. This research employed a qualitative approach using a descriptive research design. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research informants consisted of the principal, the vice principal for facilities and infrastructure, and teachers. Data were analyzed interactively through data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was strengthened through source and technique triangulation. The findings indicate that the management of educational facilities and infrastructure procurement at MTs Baitul Ilmi Tebo consists of three main stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. The planning stage involves needs identification, inventory assessment, priority setting, budget preparation, and the involvement of the principal, vice principal for facilities and infrastructure, teachers, administrative staff, and the school committee. Procurement is implemented through purchasing, repairing existing facilities, renting, and receiving grants or donations. Evaluation is conducted by examining the condition and quality of procured items, their conformity with identified needs, utilization, impact on learning activities, and budget efficiency. Although the procurement process has been implemented relatively systematically, it has not been fully optimal due to limitations in learning facilities, particularly science laboratory equipment. These findings indicate that needs-based procurement management, supported by priority setting and continuous evaluation, is an important instrument for improving learning quality in Islamic educational institutions.]]>
