Sleep quality is an important aspect of physical, mental, and emotional health. Excessive gadget use may negatively affect university students' sleep quality. This study aimed to determine the effect of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) on the sleep quality of student gadget users. A pre-experimental study with a one-group pretest-posttest design was conducted among 30 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and analyzed using the McNemar test. The results showed that all respondents experienced improved sleep quality after receiving EFT, with a significant effect (p = 0.000). EFT may serve as a simple non-pharmacological intervention to improve sleep quality and support students' mental well-being.
