<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the importance of developing students' religious character as an integral part of the goals of Islamic education, especially amidst globalization, technological advances, and the increasingly complex moral challenges facing the younger generation. This study aims to analyze the madrasa climate and culture in enhancing student religiosity at MIN 6 Tangerang. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The research informants consisted of the madrasa principal, teachers, educational staff, and students. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was tested through source and technique triangulation. The results of the study indicate that the madrasah climate at MIN 6 Tangerang is formed through harmonious relationships between teachers and students, the habit of discipline, teacher role models, and a religious atmosphere reflected in learning activities both outside and inside the classroom. The madrasah culture is realized through various religious habituation programs, such as reciting prayers before and after learning, congregational Duha prayer, congregational Dhuhr prayer, tadarus Al-Qur'an, memorization of short surahs, commemoration of Islamic holidays, alms and charity, the culture of greeting, smiling, greeting, being polite, and courteous (5S), as well as the habituation of akhlakul karimah in social interactions within the madrasah environment. The impact of the implementation of the madrasah climate and culture on increasing the religiosity of fifth and sixth grade students at MIN 6 Tangerang is seen, among others, in changes in student behavior who are more devout in worship, have noble morals, are disciplined, independent, have critical reasoning, and have social sensitivity. The madrasah climate and culture also helps in learning focus, increases learning enthusiasm, and facilitates understanding of concepts through links to Islamic values.]]>
